See the problem is what happens when he does sneek up on Thor, he hits him so Thor knows his position then gets a face full of lightning? see this is why this doent work, Nightcrawler can't even hurt Thor so how can he even fight him.

She could, but chooses not to. I read a comic where she went through someone's chest and grabbed their heart (didn't kill them though).

Of course, this assumes Thor has the same physiology as a regular human. If he doesn't it could just be awkward. Might even only kill Nightcrawler.
