I have to go with DrZaius no particular order, it is hard to choose,

Masters of the Universe (all including new adventures and 200x)
Thundercats
Bruce Timm, Paul Dini DC Universe (Starts Batman TAS -Juctice League Unlimited) No one should have to choose one of these series over another.
Mission Hill
Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Cowboy Bebop
Oulaw Star
G Gundam (best) I like a few others and there are some I can't stand
Astro Boy (All) even though the eighties is mostly a remake of the original B&W, the 2000 series was a total reimagining and is the easiest to watch in succession.
Venture Bros.

Most of these I or my brother own the DVD's and I can and do watch over and over. I also have Transformers(G1) some of The Real Ghostbusters, the original TMNT, some Bobby's World, Toxic Crusaders, Old Fleischer Superman, A bunch more that are worth mentioning. Tough to pick Top Ten EVER.
