Anime is awesome.I love Anime so much.What do you guys loves about anime?I love anime for the Artwork,Girls,The kinds of Fans it can attract,The interesting stories,Anime is what inspired me to draw anime.I love anime sooooooo much.Heck Mangas is better since it's on the go and it's a comic anime style.I love anime The Genras in animes I love are Sci Fi,Comedy,Drama,Horror,Mystery, & Romance.And the kinds of animes I like are more down to earth ones not all about powers and Shonen like Bleach and Naruto.And the animes I love the most are

And can anyone draw anime?I sure can.Boy I LOVE anime.Don't even get me started on what anime chars I love the most.Hell I love anime so much I'd take any video or mugen char that's anime related like Arcana Heart,Star Ocean Golden Sun and more.Yep I'm an animefreak an animefanatic an animefanboy.I love ANIME.





So does anyone else share my passionate love for anime? I sure hope so.

BTW what would you guys prefer subs or dubs?I prefer Dubs but I only watch subs when I have to.

I read Manga as most of the content is right there in your face and is not edited for lower TV ratings. Thus you would lose content because they decided to edit the Anime to make it more OK for kids.

I read mangas more too.Yeah they worry about the children but that's mainly outside of Japan.In Japan most stuff remains unedited.However I don't watch animes like Naruto and Bleach since their for kids.However their Manga Counterparts are better.But I'm still not much into it really since I'm not a fan of the shonen genra.

Edit:I'll watch an anime if there's no manga to it like The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Lucky Star.

Sub owns dub anytime soon...dubs normally don´t translate some stuff accurately...
Lately i have been watching raw pokemon dp just because of the better music track(i like the fact that you don´t have to understand what they say,just watch it... )
I´ve been watching Bleach lately(with a bit less interest now as there are fillers right now) and i´ve watched stuff like FMA,Cowboy Bebop,Gundam Wing among other good anime...

Its a 7 epp searies, and its also the only anime where the Japanese Director, prefered the English script.

I also like they choice of weapons they use too. Like Keiichi using Satoshi's bat, Rena using a cleaver-blade looking thing, and Shion with the tazer.

James was wearing a inflatable bikini. This scene, which caused the episode to be banned for two years and because it was unable to get past the censors, was cut completely from the dub.

I watched a subbed version of this episode a while ago...it was not that special...4kids tended to ban episodes for stupid reasons(although this one and the seizure episode are somehow understandable)

Big O was funny because it had 60's Mecha Film Noir for a genre. It had great music to for a noir setting.

Ok, ill admit, that me badmouthing big O, for how unimformed I am and how little i watched of it is just as stupid as say... some people say zelda sucks for not being as "hardcore" as halo, or just hating anime in general because of how badly spliced togeather speed racer or battle of the planets was....

Thats a silly statement. Its not stealing because the orginal studios still make lots off money off of western markets. And people want to watch anime, it provides intersting storys and concepts not usualy seen in western television and movies..

I'm a born Otaku. Like I always say I first watched Dragon Ball when I was 5 years-old, and I was the first one to know Goku before my classmates did in 1st grade.

Unfortunately I don't know as much as other people, due to a long story involving my family (but that's over now ). There are not many mangas in Argentina, but I got the full series of Saint Seiya and Evangelion (up to date). No animes though, I should start getting some, but I'm currently on videogames.

I have watched some more, e.g.: Escaflowne, Naruto, Montecristo, Sailor Moon, Magic Knight Rayearth, Detective Conan, etc., however I'm not a fan of them. Doesn't mean I don't like them though, I just mean I like those listed above more.

I can draw a little manga picture, but I suck. I really want to improve my manga drawing.

well, i don't know if i can consider myself an otaku but yeah, i really like anime. my favorite genres are harem, ecchi and hentai. and i also collect several mangas like:

-oh my goddess
-tenjho tenge
-chobits
-love hina
-A.I. Love You
-Elfen Lied
-Strawberry 100%

now i found a new anime that i'm really digging: Rosario + Vampire. i recommend this one

Believe it or not I'm actually picky when it comes to anime.I don't like animes like Naruto or Bleach because I hate Shonen anime except DB,DBZ,Jo Jo's Bizzare Adventure & Hotuko No Ken AKA Fist of the north star.And I dislike anything I've seen thousands of times like Girls Bravo and Shakugan No Shana(Yeah it's starting to seem typical to me) or anything perverted(EXCEPT Love Hina)

So I'm actually quite picky.However Anime just has something that american animation just doesn't have.I mean the artwork is kickass but there's more to it I just plain out can't explain.
