that was really weird...i could only distinguish a beedrill dude out of the pokemon lot...and the digimon lot were all renamon and *the girl who got renamon in digimon tamers*
pokemon owns them with the variety and marketing positioning...if your pokemon evolves,it doesn`t go back to normal,it stay evolved and "cool"(most of the cases)
I always liked pokemon better overall,because anyone "can potentially be a pokemon trainer",but not anyone can get a digimon,and most ppl don`t even know about them,only 3 to 7 kids in a random timeline...

A lot of Pokemon and Digimon cosplayers show up at Anthrocon too....
I have a thing against those ones that have a full suit, but that hood thing that doesn't cover their face, and your looking at a charmander or something, with like freckles and glasses on half the time XD It's distracting....

i agree...if you are dressing up like a pokemon/digimon,do it two ways:
*Pokemon/digimon fan who wears clothes that resemble the creature of choice
*Full costume,including the head that resembles the creature(i`m not counting human characters in here...)

I think its obvious where I stand on this issue. LMAO!
Now I actualy have the first digimon game they put out in america so long ago. But pokemon is still something that has a shread of relevence in pop culture.  Digimon never got it self out there, and pritty much relyed on the tamagachi craze to get any of the digimon thingys sold.  Pokemon has a collection aspect, and stratagy, digimon had you feeding and training one monster in a box basicly, if you wanted the strongest thing you had to praticly abuse the thing, and they die. Pokemon never die, so you'll always have your strongest team ready. Pokemon is just a better concept and they had better marketing.
