I don't know if you noticed, but Haggar is in the S:EoH wallpaper Acey put out a while ago.

Expect to see Haggar's premiere in S:EoH soon.

Alright! Nice work on Mike Acey!
But I do have some criticism...:
1. He feels kinda "sticky" to play with.
2. He needs some more moves, and if I may make a suggestion: Play Final Fight 3 for some ideas, they should come easy from there. I do that with Cody, except I play FF1.
3. The intro with the clothes tearing is sweet. I love it.
4. I think he should be able to do a pipe swing along with a pipe jab and a pipe toss. Kinda use the sprites for MP and add the pipe to it, just a thought.
5. I love him as a character and his concept is very nice so far, but his vocals are really low. Can you tune up the volume in the code?

All this I'm just recommending for a separate release, in case you wish to do so.

if it's the case , I've certainly not seen this episode yet !

they fit perfectly with what could have been

I don't understand I downloaded this from here :

and all I get is an 1Go file with plus ins and other files but no chars folder ,
it seems to be just an update ... :'(

I've always think that this was a full game by itself ,
did I need to download screenpack and all updates ?

Just click on the EXE file.

Btw... you can't extract the characters out of the game at this time.

I tried this but , like the Mortal Kombat Projet ,
all I get is a MUGEN window with nothing playing in ,
a black screen , with no chars , did get the same thing with MAME Emulator too ,
that's surely coming from my computer , my bad !

If you ask me, it would make more sense if Belger was part of such an intro.

Has anyone else noticed that Haggar and Von Kaiser from Punch-Out!!! Look startlingly similar? Their haircut, moustache, and choice in fashion is pretty much the same. The only difference is muscle mass.
