So It's just the Ai that needs to be done? Can't they just release her without the Ai and make an AI patch or something for her later?
I am working on her AI and one thing the spriter requested me to.
I should finish it until February.

Ok Well could you at least add AI level and fix it so it DOESN'T overrride player control during battles?

I don't have plans to add AI level, sorry. I never do this to the characters I code.
And it won't be overriding player control, since its Mugen 1.0+ character. This happens only in winmugen coded characters.

I am half done wiht her AI and I plan to make a vide, if Sky79 agrees with it.

Looks off, as if the torso disappears into the waist line. I'd say about 1-2 pixels off.

My suggestion is to fix it either by adjusting the torso bounce or flexing the legs.

Also, keeping it like Cap doesn't really add any sprite value to the character. Consider adding changes here and there... like Savage Reign Eagle's arms and hands, for example. You can even rotoscope/frankensprite his arms movement with the stuff you have.

NO it's not the non playable guys it's some of the supposedly playable characters with tons of AI that also tend to take over the player controls. If you could fix it so that she doesn't do that  it would be cool.

I will be adding new standard animations to my character wips in the future. The goal is to make them more compatible with BoR and flesh out their character more. Things like-

"Secondary Walk"
"Dash attacks" (Kick/Punch)
"low health stance"
"Low Health/Finisher" grab
"2nd Round intro"
