Your screenpack/lifebars are referencing either a font that doesn't exist, or a font that has been incorrectly set up, i would tend to the second option. To fix, find a font that works and you think is about the right size. Make a copy of it, delete the existing one that is broken in these images and rename your copied file to the name of what you just deleted.
Alternatively, i'm guessing that screenpack is possibly a bit old? There may be an updated one somewhere. If this is up to date and should work, re-download it.
