Character scaling

Hi all

I Looked at this topic https://mugenmultiverse.forumotion.com/t1465-change-the-character-size-in-the-stages, via a google search and it wasn't helpful. how do I downscale the characters in a stage? Currently, this stage's scale is too big, how do I decrease it?



I even tried this video's https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzpMOM-QAWE's method

and it won't work. I tweaked it to get rid of the horizontal bars on the top & Bottom but now the SCALING is messed up...

didn't work...what is going on with this stage?? It should work on version 1.0 right?
