when I launch mugen it stays in a medium sized window that I cant maximize  ~X(  can someone help me out?

Mugen>Data>mugen.cfg

When you opent the CFG search/scroll for [Viedo Win].

EX: the width and height are adjusted for my widescreen laptop. you cant maximize mugen to full screen with the windows buttons.

[Video Win]
 ;Enter the width and height of the resolution you want to set here.
 ;The optimal resolution is 320x240, but if your video card has problems
 ;You may want to try 320x240
Width  = 1240
Height = 730

If you want a full screen of mugen, scroll down a lil' to DirectX mode.

EX: again this is to my liking

 ;DirectX mode
 ;Choose from Hardware, Software, Windowed, Overlay, Safe and None
 ;Hardware and Software run in full-screen. Windowed and Overlay
 ;run in a window. The windowed modes require you to set Depth to
 ;whatever color depth you are using for you desktop. The best results
 ;are when you run in 16-bit color. There is no advantage to running
 ;in 32-bit color. If Hardware, Software and Windowed fail, try Safe.
 ;None uses GDI to draw, so it's very slow. Use None only if
 ;you cannot get anything else to work.
 ;Overlay is not supported by all video cards, but can be faster than
 ;Windowed if it works.
DXmode = windowed

Thanks to munkymouf I fixed the problem with the window, but the music still doesnt want to play, and I think it has something to do with the plugins, does any one know how to fix this?

I figured it out I had to put all the music in the sound folder and then put sound/title.mp3,sound/select.mp3, etc.
