We want to keep it very basic and very simple this year without going into category and sub-category like other places do and without the Gold, Silver, Bronze positions. One winner per category.The Best Add on category covers all in parenthesis, but if there is a huge differential in nominations for that category (20 different released 2009 screenpacks and lifebars) then we will split them into separate awards. That, however, is on a case by case basis and is the decision of the staff if that will happen or not. In addition, there is an award for forum member of the year selected by the IMT staff and IMT staff member of the year, decided on by you all and the Administration.
The rules are there, we now just need your nominations. :)

i only said that b/c not all the artist do sprites, sigs, avy's, wallpaper, palettes, edits and so on. Plus some dont have as much work posted/released as others. Not tryin to argue or anything just saying...

If someone miraculously wow's the community with a must have release that stands head above shoulders above anything released all year long then I am more than positive someone will nominate it here. Don't nominate characters just because people are on your team, especially when the chars are betas. Wait 'till next year when the characters are completed and get a proper release. I am sure the creators would rather have their complete creations nominated next yr than having their betas nominated this yr, ridding themselves of a nomination nxt yr.

With stages, it was stages released this year I liked. With chars, it was chars released this year that I thought were complete and I liked (even if a couple had the technical tag of beta)
